Little Dragons (4-6)
Big confidence starts small. Our 4–6 program builds focus, listening skills, coordination, and respect through high-energy martial arts games all while teaching kids how to follow directions, try hard, and believe in themselves.
REAL Juniors (7 - 11)
Where confidence turns into capability. Our 7–11 program develops real martial arts skill alongside discipline, resilience, and leadership. Students learn how to push through challenges, support their teammates, and take ownership of their growth both both on and off the mat.
REAL Teens (12-15)
Where discipline meets identity. Our Teen program sharpens striking and jiu-jitsu skills while building confidence, emotional control, and leadership. Students are challenged to train with intensity, think independently, and take ownership of who they’re becoming on the mat, at school, and in life.
REAL Adults (16+)
Train with purpose. Our Adult program delivers high-level Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu in a focused, ego-free environment. Whether you're here to get in shape, sharpen your skills, relieve stress, or compete, you’ll be coached with structure, intensity, and accountability so you grow stronger in body, mindset, and discipline.
